Sydney Sports and Therapeutic Massage is located at 8 Trentino Road, Turramurra, on the right side of a residence and it has separate entrance for client on the right hand side of the house. There is a security light in case you arrive after the sun has gone. The clinic has separate Air Conditioning for the perfect temperature at all times. There are also bathroom facilities for the clinic. Once you have arrived, the therapist will go through the entire medical history with you, in detail, and they will discuss with you what you want from the massage.
You will then be asked to disrobe and lie face down on the massage table and place a towel over yourself (this will be done with the therapist out of the room).
The therapist uses a Pain Scale from 1 to 10, with 1 being No pain at all and 10 being far too painful to breathe. The perfect number is “7” – pain is present but you can easily cope and breathe properly.
If, when you arrive at the clinic, the therapist finds you have a condition far too dangerous to massage, either for you or the therapist, they will advise you straightaway and you will have to make another booking once the condition is gone or it is OK to massage.
