If you arrive late, unfortunately, your appointment will still end at the same time it would if you had arrived on time (e.g. if you arrive at 4:30 PM for a 4:00 PM appointment, the appointment will still end at 5:00 PM and we will charge you 100% of the full 1 hour charge.
